Evidence of systematic torture and abuse in state custody facilities
Hasina and her state forces violated the human rights of hundreds of people for supporting BNP-Jamaat. People were picked up from homes, shops, hotels and shot to disable them for life, and scripts were staged for bomb and weapon attacks. For many months after arrest, no news would reach families. Various false cases were filed to harass them and their families day after day by Hasina's police. The July Museum is making every effort to bring out the stories of such heinous torture simply because of different political identity, labeling someone as a militant. Many oppressed incidents are still unknown. The July Memorial Museum is working tirelessly to bring forward those breathtaking stories of oppression by Sheikh Hasina and her forces.
